The proposed uses of the lot include an urban farm/food forest, a recreation area partially powered by solar panels, a subsection for new affordable housing units, or educational spaces accessible to residents and the broader community.

Outcome

Mapping assets and needs, investigating how federal and local policy impact proposed components, outlining key financial and sustainability pieces similar to a business plan, and deep collaboration with community partners to ensure outcomes are impactful.
