The Meadville Medical Center Hospital System aims to identify community health needs and construct a data-informed plan to address those needs. The focus of this year’s needs assessment is youth behavioral and mental health, with a secondary aim of assessing the strain on the medical system throughout the county. We aim to conduct interviews with key leaders & organizations, a comprehensive review of the medical and public health data, a review of ER admissions data, and a review of the loneliness data from the Alden Street Clinic.
